I took a 12-hour walk, from my house in Irvine, toward Los Angeles. I have a Fuji disposable camera with 27 frames film in it. Ever 30 minutes of walking, I targeted a stranger on the road, memorized what they were doing, approached them and asked them to take a photo of me with the disposable camera, while I mimicked their postures. After the transaction of photographing is finished, I ask for their signatures as a proof to the photograph. I wish to discuss the authorship in photography and alter the relationship between the subject and the photographer.
